This is how we handle the details you give us through this website. It's short because we collect very little.

The enquiry form

When you send the form, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and your message. We use them to reply to you and help with your travel plans. We don't sell or share them. We only add you to our mailing list if you tick the box on the form asking for travel news and offers, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Your message is emailed to our shop inbox, and a copy is kept on our website host's servers in Australia so that nothing is lost if an email goes astray. Those copies are deleted after 12 months.

Please don't send passport numbers or card details through the form. We'll ask for anything like that safely, in person or by phone, when it's time to book.

Visitor statistics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which parts of the site are used, including when someone taps our phone number or sends the form. Google Analytics uses cookies. It tells us about visits in general, not who you are. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
